Because we have already followed the path that you are considering, we are aware of the pitfalls that do exist, and it is our task to ensure that you avoid them on your journey to property ownership in Spain. As I have said, we are Independents, so we are able to give you our undivided attention in your dealings and a 2 years after sales service.  Glossy magazines and big TV adverts are all well and good but in the end it is YOU  who pay for them. Your money is better spent on your Spanish home rather than an advert or an overly smart office and big car.  We pride ourselves on finding the property to suit you, whatever it may be, and if our pictures are not what you want, then tell us and we will find it.
