We are in a position to offer property for either long term rental or holiday rental depending on your requirements. The  Holiday rental properties come fully equipped and transfers to and from airports can be arranged. The provision of welcome packs is an extra at the request of the tenant. These fees are extra to the rental fee.

The Long term rental properties are usually equipped with the essentials as most long term tenants like to bring their own personal touches with them. Long term fees are set depending on the size of the property,  where it is situated and does not include utility bills, ie Water and Electricity. These are paid separately in addition to the monthly rent. Contracts are usually 6 months renewable and a bond is required.
